Since 2017 I have developed a small portfolio of Non-Executive/Independent Board Member positions based on good governance, transformation and customer service, often involving a regulatory aspect. Gained excellent business delivery, professional regulatory experience of health sector and experience in registration bodies. Lead executive on Audit Committee at NMC, which has both statutory and charitable purposes, gained experience in financial management and governance.Earlier career in MOD Civilian Pay and Military Pay and Accounting systems. Followed by IT and Project and Programme Management experience.Expertise in Data Management (and Data Migration) and Programme Mgmt of IT led transformation (HR systems) and large scale business change.As Director of Transformation and Change for an MOD Agency and subsequently Director of Veterans Services I was also a Management Board Member supporting Strategy Development. Providing leadership of operational delivery teams (700+), improving performance and achieving efficiencies.Led cultural change and introduced coaching initiatives - becoming a licenced coach.Subsequently joined HP to broaden skillset/gain private sector experience.
