I work with our clients and vendors on a day-to-day basis to communicate and monitor the progress and pacing of several campaigns. While interning at Rehabilitation Support Services, I further developed my skills in helping people who experience or have previously experienced serious mental illness, poverty, drug abuse, and more. I worked with care coordinators in the Treatment Apartment Program (TAP) and sat down with members to create goals, stay updated on their progress, make sure their apartment is safe, and more. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to work in the office where I further developed my understanding of mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and more. RSS was significant in my learning process of the psychology field because I learned about the personal and professional qualifications needed to have a career in the mental health field.

These surveys are published in national newspapers including The New York Times, scholarly journals, etc. SCRI helps gain experience in political science, communications, and psychology through a professional lens.
