Proven Experience of more than 25 years incl. ~17 yrs ( KSA & Qatar) in the area of Process & Project Engineering, Project and Business Development of world scale petrochemical/ downstream projects through stage gate process including Economic & Business Evaluation and creation of JV companies. Extensive experience in providing process/ project eng. management services to plan, develop and execute capital projects, drive operational excellence, implement value improvement opportunities in downstream assets. Proven experience in conducting technical, feasibility & market intelligence/ strategic studies, business analysis, deliver decision gate packages, technical interface / functional support to Corporate Finance, Contracts & Legal in securing project finance,structure, negotiate & develop commercial and project agreements/ contracts. Represented owners team/ task force (reporting to Project Director/Steering Committees) for different phases of the project (Pre FEED, FEED , EPC).International experience working with some of the global oil and petrochemical companies, technology providers, engineering contractors and marketing/strategy consultants including Shell, Mitsui, Mitsubishi, Eastman, DuPont, Evonik, SCG, Bechtel, Technip, Foster Wheeler, WorleyParsons, Jacobs, IHS, Nexant, Tecnon, various other licensors and consultants. Proven experience of managing and executing medium scale projects in India Key Project Experience:1. Al Karaana Petrochemical complex (1.1 MMPTA Ethylene Cracker , 1.5 MMTPA MEG, 300 KTA Alphaolefins, 250 KTA Oxo Alcohol units and associated U&O) upto FEED. A JV project between QP and Shell. 2. Al Sejeel Petrochemical complex (1.5 MMPTA Ethylene Cracker world scale HDPE, LLDPE, PP units and associated U&O) upto FEED. A JV project between QP and QAPCO.3. Integrated Acetyl Complex in Saudi Arabia (Sipchem) comprising of CO (265KTA), Acetic Acid (460 KTA) and Vinyl Acetate Monomer (300KTA) plants and associated U&O (Executed)
