Reezocar is a French startup whose mission is to facilitate the research and to secure the purchase of brand new and second-hand cars in Europe. Within the Operations, the Quality department was in charge of the service offer of vehicles' inspection intended to assist the customer in their purchase decision. The main objective of my position was to improve the company's value proposition through the service offer and to secure the company and its customers. Operationally, my work mainly consisted in:- Definition of the business processes related to the service's execution, and their continuous improvement,- Partners' sourcing in Europe in order to continuously improve the offer's value proposition,- Sales department training and daily support (internal customer),- Customer care department support,- Legal monitoring mainly concerning vehicle import and homologation regulations,- Continuous technical learning about cars and market watch for recent innovations.

The main objective of the project was helping the company to establish the sales strategy of "Al'thir" (a new product with similar characteristics as "Sophie La Girafe") in the local and the international markets. - Participation in Market studies: France, USA, North-Africa, Middle-East.- Settle the Marketing Strategy: Dissociate Al'Thir from Sophie La Girafe's image.- Establishment of the Mix Marketing for the French market and for export.- Proposition of a new Packaging.- Distributors' sourcing in Morocco, Lebanon, Dubai and Japan.- Outsourcing the sales management: prepare the creation of a subsidiary.
