Thinking backward from customers, I managed to create simplified solutions that enable unblocking ambiguous problems. Furthermore, managed to deliver solution of simplified services integration APIs. In recent projects, I worked to apply digital transformation programs by providing complete solution architecture. I also enjoy advocating for the customer, ensuring their requirements met consistently and validating what we deliver meets their ultimate needs.I manage programs with large teams, internal teams, and external partners, including the overall strategy and end-to-end architecture.I directly engage with business leaders to define business strategies to provide solutions that increase revenue and unblock conflicting risks and ambiguity constraints.I am working closely with senior product leaders during product development phases, influencing trade-off and priority decisions while reviewing business requirements.

I work on projects enable integrating online payment processors, lately I have managed to onboard payment processors on eCommerce platforms integrated with downstream marketplace services. Recently, I managed to enable various type of payment instruments integrations, including Credit/Debit Cards, Payment Facilitator models, Bill Presentment service providers.I managed to invent supportive payment solutions integrated with Amazon Payment Services platform help eCommerce merchants accelerate their business growth and expansion. I manage the program execution and planning with all phases, including the exploration, phasing, deliverables grooming, development execution, UAT and Testing, launch planning and post launch activities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across organization including leadership and projects stakeholders.
