• Over 18 Years work experience, of which 13 plus years employed in Senior Executive/ General Management roles.• International Hotel Management experience with a career spanning international destinations such as Vanuatu Islands, Fiji Islands, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, UAE• Experience of working in large up-market premier properties with extensive guest facilities.• Experience of working in developing and third world countries.• Proven experience of working with various cultures and ability to train and motivate staff with little or no work experience.• Excellent international education.• Good all round operational management experience, i.e. Rooms Division, Sales & Marketing, Property Management & Engineering, Food and Beverage, and Human Resources.• Sound understanding of financial parameters and ability to analyse financial reports.• Ability to work with a wide variety of computer applications.• Ability to think out of the box and come up with creative solutions for the benefit of the company.• Able to network with key stakeholders of the business and good working relations with Departmental Heads, and Board of Directors.
