Preparation of Bank reconciliation statements. Opening of Bank Contract for import and Documentation. Working on purchase orders & Shipping documents of Import. E-mail follow up with suppliers regarding the import materials. Verify the shipping documents PFI, OC, COA, Invoice, Paking List, BL, & AWB copies as per contract. Handling the stock and verification with the store room in charge on monthly basis. Making the invoice of dispatch materials to local customers with complete records. Mentain and reconciliation of parties ledger and stock reports. Conversation with banks regarding bank balances, statements, bank contracts opening process shipping documents. Reimbursement of sales team daily expenses. Disbursement of salaries, office rents, petrol expenses. Preparation of collection accounts, account receivable, sales reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Handling the transportation of inword & outword materials distributed.
