In this role, I am responsible for end-to-end supply chain management and medical product development, overseeing multiple projects, ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance, and driving financial performance.

In my current role, I manage Everstores' global supply chain, overseeing the vision, strategy, and daily operations.I work closely with our merchants and vendors in four countries and multiple e-commerce marketplaces. I hold direct responsibilities for Procurement, International Logistics, Warehouse & Transportation, Supply Chain Due Diligence & Integration, and Supply Chain Analytics verticals.

Reported to the Director of Operations and CEO, was responsible for supply chain optimization, inventory planning, supplier management, 3PL network expansion to EU, UK, and US, ERP implementation, and global & last-mile operations.

Reported to Director operations, led a team of 15 FTEs and was responsible for multiple omni-channels management, 100+ global warehouse operations, oversaw demand and supply planning, and handled returns and exchanges operations across multiple markets.Distribution & Logistics Execution of the fulfilment and transportation strategy (costs, service levels, space, transportation partner, etc.) and driving strategic cost improvement and operational excellence across fulfilment operations Managing transactions daily in different systems, including but not limited to: WMS, NetSuite, Excel, Amazon Seller Central, etc. Managing fulfilment partners and monitor through to completion: pickup requests, cycle counts, repacking, relabelling, rerouting, and other related projects and tasks as required. Coordinate daily processes with attention to detail through tracking, reporting, and dashboards – troubleshoot problem shipments and track orders with 100% accuracy. Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.Omni-Channel/3PLs Management : Managing all channels for company including but not limited to DTC, FBM, FBA etc Handling 3PLs worldwide (including US, UK, CA, DE etc.) Planning for the stock for all omni-channels Supply & Demand Planning. Coordinating plans with all other stake holders. Replenishments of stock levels based on Forecasts Monitoring Supply Plan and alignment of stock pipelines by small ordering cadence

Reported to the Senior Operations Manager, was responsible for inventory planning, warehouse management, suppliers management, ERP implementation, and supervised a team of 5 FTEs. Developed and implemented global inventory management strategies aligned with S&OP objectives, considering demand forecasts, production schedules, and service level targets Analyzed inventory turnover rates, inventory costs, and consumption patterns to implement optimization techniques and balance stock availability with cost-efficiency Had a lead role in supply chain strategic planning, project implementation, and execution for distribution network optimization and cost reduction Managed ERP (NetSuite) inventory management, receipts, transfers, and reconciliations and acted as the department Inventory Super User, ensuring timely and reliable input dataUtilized data analytics tools to monitor KPIs, track inventory metrics, and provided insights for continuous improvement

Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsible for inventory management, enforced FEFO protocols, and ensured adherence to food safety standards for both frozen and standard products. Additionally, supervised warehouse operations and managed a fleet of multiple reefer containers. Distribution Management: Oversaw operational planning of stock movements for McDonald's, Swensen’s, Venus distributors, and third parties nationwide. Inventory Control & Planning: Ensured precise inventory management for McDonald's Pakistan, including monitoring product shelf life, code dates, and seamless procurement from local or imported sources. Middle and Last Mile Logistics: Strategically managed and executed efficient transportation, achieving on-time deliveries while minimizing costs. Imports, Customs Clearance, and Compliance: Supervised port operations, collaborated with customs clearance agents, and prepared for international audits (DQMP & SWA). Also, managed Reefer/Chiller stock movements, ensuring temperature compliance during storage and transfers for timely deliveries to all restaurants
