Sole responsibility for the procurement / logistics of all goods for and on behalf of Viceroy Maldives and to ensure best pricing, in addition to in line with budgeted expectations. Furthermore, a proactive approach to market changes and influences and other external factors that impact costs.• Conformance to standards and regulations, HACCP and other protocols including corporate procedures and policies.• Ensuring maximization of economies of scale and best pricing without compromising on standards• Supplier audits, whilst maintaining fruitful and professional relationships with sales representatives and suppliers to achieve best possible prices• Supplier tenders and rotation• Oversee office coordination for clerical and administrative affairs, and acting as representatives in Male to external parties including Government Authorities. Ensure all property permits and licenses have been obtained for such matters as the importation, and licenses for hotel operations for example import licenses, quotas and licenses to import restricted items and managing the renewals accordingly.• Maintain and oversee the accurate and timely recording of goods receiving, stock movements and regular and correct payment of outstanding invoices
