*Quality Project / Production /Test-to follow up on trial productions phases also to carry out new project commisioning activities.-to attend and apply in customer approval processes and testing processes.-to carry out quality control processes on the production line-to participate in quality and production improvement activities-to manage quality documentation system-to audit issues in production in line with zero defect target-to participate in internal audits and to deal with quality issues related to internal audits.-to ensure that products are produced in accordance with the specifications of customers such as BMW, FORD,TOGG,DAIMLER,RENAULT-to deal with customer complaints and perform root cause analysis.-to analyze,solve and control quality issues in a timely manner to meet customer needs using the 8D approach-to support production studies against quality issues.-to support and lead continuous improvement,problem solving and process improvement activities-to contribute to the process with practices and studies such as suggestion system and Kaizen.-to anticipate quality issues in the design phase of electronic boards and producing solutions for the issues.-to enter MDS of the producted parts in the trial phase and sharing that with customer-to read electronics technical drawings, schematic designs and assembly drawings.-to make manual test setups of projects-to control the values of the components also softwares and functions of the PCBs on the ICT / FCT and EOL line-to check SMD and THT component strings according to IPC A-610 standard-to manage quality test process for ICT/FCT, AOI and EOL test machines also to ensure compliance status of ICT/FCT, AOI and EOL test machines -to attend FMEA studies of projects also to lead MSA studies for operators-to prepare PPAP documents of Project in IATF or VDA format (Control Plan,Workflow, List of Work,FMEA,test reports e.t.c)-to support ESD studies in production area also to apply ESD rules

*Incoming Quality*Process Quality*R&D Battery Pack Quality-to check the parts used in the vehicle with technical drawings-to check the PPAP documents of parts-to solve issues of defective parts coming from the production line or customer -to support production studies against quality problems.-to learn the PQR and DÖF analysis and to follow up on them-to prepare the service bulletins and claim reports.-to support the work safety studies.-to support and lead continuous improvement,problem-solving and process improvement activities.-to manage the workers(technicians).-to follow up CAPA.-to attend FMEA studies and audits.-to manage the quality process and production of battery pack production.-to perform assembly operations of electrical parts of vehicle( installations, dashboards, batterries, lightning products e.t.c)
