Ensure of booking all the AMC & LPO invoices before month end closing, maintain all the suppliers files and all contracts. maintain and update all the prepaid, accrual and provision for month end process.reconcile and process all the payment with the proper documents.review and post all the petty cash vouchers and other expensesreview regularly the creditor ageing report and save it every month end.
