Tahboub Brothers for Wooden Industries is part of Tahboub Group which specializes in furniture manufacturing, starting from design, sales, manufacturing, all the way into installation. The whole business process was re-engineered to meet a new strategic plan by acquiring new machinery and introducing a CAD-CAM system and developing ERP/CRM systems. Objectives were met by training and cultivating employees with 20+ years of experience in addition to working with top management on advancement and modernization of the production process. Areas of improvement were in HR, accounting, production, engineering, IT and sales. Consequently inter-departmental communication has been optimized significantly and operations have been running more smoothly leading to higher customer satisfaction and sales growth.
