My contribution to any workforce is driven by my own passion and that of my colleagues. I strive to learn as much as I can when designated to a project. I've learnt that trust and loyalty play key roles in productivity and job satisfaction. I'm a vocal supporter of team work. Having said that, I also strongly believe that every team must have a strong leader. Someone who can read and deduce patterns without hesitation. A character who relates to their team members and is more than just a team leader to them.
