Ensure decisions related to recruitment are made based on useful insights from data, such as efficiency, cost, time to hire etc. Identify, evaluate and implement innovative ways to source and assess candidates, maintain talent pools for critical domains. Ensure adoption of Workday as the main recruitment solution. Educate hiring managers and work with GSS for system simplification / enhancement. Lead Telenor’s Flagship Programs such as Internships and Naya Aghaaz. Manage recruitment process for senior positions in partnership with leaders to select quality candidates. Develop an internal and external Employer Branding Strategy by using innovative methods and digital platforms. Strong stakeholder management including hiring managers, HRBPs, headhunters, academia/placement offices, cross BU counterparts, communication, branding and Sourcing teams. Support team’s engagement and development and drive them to become the best in class. -
