I was part of the FAIRSPACE team at the Hamlyn Centre in Imperial College London. I helped with researching novel designs for the helmet and gloves of the extravehicular mobility unit worn by astronauts. My duties included:- Designing a glove that enhanced astronauts dexterity by restoring tactile sensation and reducing operating force.- Designing a user interface on the Microsoft Hololens that integrated eye-tracking technology with augmented reality to augment the astronaut's ability to perform tasks during extravehicular activities.

I designed simulations that accurately modeled the electrophysiological behavior of the heart during atrial fibrillation. My tasks included: - Creating fast and efficient computational models from complex mathematical equations. - Integrating model with real-world CT data to generate simulations. - Using GPU programming to reduce computation time. - Employing statistical analysis to verify accuracy of simulation.
