My position at Idaho Central Credit Union allows me to do a wide range of tasks. I focus mainly on training and onboarding new team members. As the first person that new team members interact with, I am able to introduce them to the ICCU culture as well as train them for their new position. I teach them all policies and procedures while obtaining hands-on practice and coaching. Some of this is done while some are done with remote classrooms. While training remotely I am innovative in presenting new concepts to my trainee to keep them engaged and ensure they are learning each new concept. I ensure that I apply hands-on experience in all of my trainings and lectures regardless of whether training or is in person or remote.My specialties:-Organized learning.-Innovative technology-based training.-Imaginative thinking.-Team Work-Time Management.-Problem-solving skills-Concise Communication.- Creating new strategist based on each learner and their needs. I enjoy the outdoors, especially when it is on my bike. I love the wind in my face, and the distances I get to travel while powering myself. I enjoy networking and bouncing ideas off of independent, enthusiastic, and strong-minded individuals.
