 Developed a Windows Forms application in C# to serve as a cashier system for efficient handling of transactions and accounting functions.  Successfully integrated SQL database functionality into the C# Cashier App for seamless data management.  Proficiently executed SQL queries to perform CRUD operations, ensuring efficient interaction with the database.  Proficiently utilized Windows Forms controls, including DataGridView and ComboBox, to enhance the user interface of the Cashier App. This strategic implementation facilitated seamless data presentation, selection, and manipulation, contributing to an intuitive and user-friendly application experience.

Handled 4-5 daily Troubleshooting/Integration tickets, ensuring timely resolution.  Collaborated on Nokia equipment in support of 5 markets for AT&T, spanning 11 States.  Monitored site activity and provided guidance to on-site teams troubleshooting issues resulting from internal or external interference, with the aim of meeting each customer’s requirements and minimizing alarm triggers.  Implemented integration solutions, including deploying new sites and adding carriers to existing technologies.  Prepared and presented reports to higher management and customers detailing the status of each following any maintenance or integration work.  Had Cross-Functional Training with Field service engineers (FSM) and, Ericsson Team and training about Basic Core / Cloud / Linux, and Radio Frequencies (RF)
