On February 2004 started as an active member in the Call Center & help desk agent. During the first year I have achieved the ideal agent three times & was chosen to present the company on yearly Info-exhibition.On March 2005 was promoted to Call Center Team Leader.On September 2005 was promoted in the Help Desk Field Services Department as a Senior Technical Officer.On March 2006 was assigned only to visit V.I.P & Premium Customers.On April 2008 was promoted to Field Engineering Help Desk Team Leader.
