Demand Planning Specialist
Current- Under the roof of Yildiz Holding (Ulker),
- Collect customer forecast from Sales team and revise the demand forecast according to customer forecast if the customer forecast is accurate enough. Finalize the demand forecast for the Aftermarket (AFM) category in.
- Calculate and report demand forecast performance and complete root analysis if there is an issue.
- Come up with action items (related to segmentation, forecast parameters, etc.) to develop a forecast model and improve the forecast by implementing those items.
- Collect input from Supply Planning and Sales teams (supply scenarios from Supply Planning team and prioritized orders, project-based sales, etc. from Sales team) to conduct scenario planning for the Aftermarket (AFM).
- Share the demand forecast for the Aftermarket (AFM) and OEM categories at SKU level with the organization after financial S&OP results are finalized and scenarios are approved by upper management.
