This internship consists of 6 total certification classes as well as physical experience which will start at the beginning of May. I currently have 200 mandatory hours until this program is completed.

Shipping and receiving as my main function; as well as maintaining quality service by following organization standards. A clean work environment by keeping the shelves, pallet area, and workstations tidy. A clean shipping supply area. and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

I was initially trained on grill, which is food production (chicken, beef, fish, eggs etc.) after a period of approximately 3 months I began "cross-training" first on table which would be wrapping/packing the food so it can be put together into an order by another employee. cashier and drive thru were prioritized next. then began maintenance.
