Assess instructional and curriculum needs for various departments company-wide. Collaborate with team members to design, generate, and implement multiple formats of instructional material. Communicate professionally and consistently with various stakeholders on multiple projects and platforms while remaining organized and positive. Write scripts and outlines for video training, generate learning objectives, map out and organize curriculum plans, find relevant instructional material, and work within the LMS, including creating assessments of numerous formats.

Collaborate with co-leader, department chairs, and administrators to implement district and school-wide standards and initiatives; Discuss relevant and culturally-responsive instructional practices; Determine instructional design needs, execute data collection, reflect, and analyze to consider growth and areas of improvement.

Lead weekly Professional Learning Team (PLT) meetings to develop curriculum, consider priority standards and assessment modes, create assessment prompts and rubrics; Collaborate to share best practices, use data to determine future lessons, re-teaching methods, and enrichment opportunities for all students; Develop new and creative ideas and resources to advance student enrichment and choice.

Coach students in speech and debate techniques and events while allowing them to discover their strengths and determine interests; Communicate with students, guardians, and coaches from a variety of school districts to organize hotel reservations, travel documentation, payments, tournament schedules, volunteers/chaperones, and more; Facilitate an inclusive and safe environment which encourages intrinsic motivation and collaboration among teammates.
