It is hard to believe my career in recruiting started in 2001, and I can honestly say I love every second of what I do. Throughout my career, I have had the great fortune of working for different recruiting firms specializing in executive search, research and intelligence, and IT staffing, recruiting individuals at all levels and across many industries such as IT, healthcare, accounting/finance, retail, engineering, banking and manufacturing. This has given me the opportunity to learn different industries, different recruiting methods, and how to create the best solution for our clients.Since joining Susan Graham Consulting in 2010, my role has evolved. As Vice President, my goal is to ensure we understand our clients, their cultures, and what their staffing needs are. I stay very active in recruiting, the development of our staff, and our efforts to continue to build our network of talent.
