Lead national refrigerant management efforts including: business & proposal development, public speaking, program design / implementation, supply chain assessment and engagement, market research, and technical writing & analysis

- Provide technical, market, and program expertise to internal and external stakeholders. Develop regulatory-compliant analytical tools and TRMs for efficiency measures. Engage with supply chain (manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, etc.) to design and implement utility refrigeration efficiency programs- Develop and manage relationships with customers/supply chain to remove technical, economic barriers to high-efficiency and low-GWP refrigeration system adoption. Analyze market trends across sectors/technologies to strategically develop programs- Conduct comprehensive energy audits to identify and prioritize ECMs in the grocery, dairy processing, industrial, and brewing sectors. - Manage projects and relationships throughout project process, from initial consult to project financing to post-install savings verification.

- Provide energy savings and economic analyses for efficient technologies and systems (HVACR, building controls, lighting) to stakeholders in the commercial and industrial sectors. - Conduct technical walk-throughs of buildings to identify energy savings opportunities that are innovative and cost-effective.- Manage projects and relationships throughout project process, from initial consult to project financing to post-install savings verification.- Specialize in providing technical energy assistance for refrigeration systems in grocery, c-store, and agricultural applications. - Develop and implement programs to advance efficient and natural refrigeration systems through market research and third party incentives.
