After studying in the field of industrial engineering, by applying the knowledge I gained, I started my professional path from business analysis and continued in the field of customer relationship management consulting and providing organizational solutions at PayamGostar Company. After working for a while as a system manager and manager of deployment department in PayamGostar, I joined the board members of this company.After about 10 years of activity and gaining experience and expertise in the field of business process management, strategic management, business development and providing customer relationship solutions to several companies, in addition to my activity as a member of the board of PayamGostar, I founded CRMYar company, which is active in the same field.Since 2022, I have worked as the deputy CEO of First Eurasia eCommerce Holding for one year, and now I have the honor of being the CEO of PayamGostar (the largest company of First Eurasia eCommerce). PayamGostar has several years of history as the market leader of CRM software in Iran.
