Key Job Responsibilities:- Maintenance of ecommerce site including adding/removing product images, ensuring pricing accuracy, website testing, and enhancing site functionality- Design, install, implement, test, and optimize various software tools to ensure proper functionality- Analyze, review, recommend, and build strategic and tactical changes that drive business profitability by increasing visitors, improving conversion rates, capturing larger average order sizes, and decreasing bounce rates. - Optimize the website to improve user experience and website functionality with underlying goal of increasing conversions- Manage and direct website technical structure, design & aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, branding/marketing, performance, and functionality efforts to positively impact ecommerce efforts - Determine growth/optimization opportunities by analyzing analytics to specifically improve click through rates, conversion rates, and bounce rates- Inventory Management, keeping keen eye on top seller codes for swift replenishment- E-Commerce Operations, P&L management, forecasts and results- Responsible for directing the strategy, planning, implementation to perform continuous maintenance of the front and back end systems in alignment with corporate strategies
