Yalıkavak Marina Hotel by Social Living Collection is in Yalıkavak Marina. The hotel hosts 36 rooms. Yalıkavak Marina Hotel by Social Living Collection is under Sunset Hospitality Group brand which is Dubai based. In house there is also another hotel which is named Yalıkavak Marina Garden Hotel and it hosts 17 rooms. I am responsible from purchasing operations of both hotels.

Akana Loft which is boutique facility located in the center of Bodrum is the third hotel within Çağdaş Holding and it has 14 rooms. Akana Loft has Bed & Breakfast concept and it has started operating in 2023.

Akana Hotels Paradise Bay, the second hotel within Çağdaş Holding, is a boutique hotel with 24 rooms and 26 residences located in Gölköy, Bodrum. Akana Hotels Paradise Bay, with its Bed & Breakfast concept, has become one of the important event hotels of the region.

Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach, the first hotel within Çağdaş Holding, started its operations in 2015. There are 70 rooms and 72 residences on site.DUTIES:• To carry out purchasing transactions in according to Swissotel Hotels & Resorts standards,• Monitoring the reliability of suppliers. Communicating potential suppliers to provide alternatives,• Ensuring the continuity of stocks by making accurate predictions according to market conditions, reporting products with a price increase trend to the management early and taking actions in favor of the budget in line with company strategies,• To ensure that the products to be purchased are supplied in the best quality, at the desired time and with the best prices, in line with the company strategies,• Providing orders for purchase requests in cooperation with departments,• Directing the storeroom team correctly regarding current stock and new order tracking,• Working with the Finance Department regarding supplier payments and price disputes on invoices,• Develop and implement effective purchasing procedures.

After working at Çağdaş Holding headquarters for a while, I was transferred back to Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach.

After working for a season at Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach, which is a part of Çağdaş Holding, I continued my duty at the holding headquarters. During my job at the holding's central purchasing unit, I gained a lot of experience in purchasing in different areas.

I started my 9-year career at Çağdaş Holding at Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach.

DUTIES:• Following up the public tenders published by the Public Tender Authority and notifying the management of the tenders deemed appropriate.• Examining the administrative and technical specifications for the tenders that have been decided to enter, determining the documents required to participate in the tender, determining the most economical products and alternatives to the products described in the technical specifications, gathering project offers by negotiating with domestic/foreign companies for the relevant products, examining the detection of errors in the specifications, In case of any errors, requesting an addendum by contacting the administration, creating cost tables for the price to be offered, determining the final price to be offered, creating the tender envelope, and entering into tender.• Examining the specifications for projects at the tender stage and submitting an approximate cost proposal to the administration.• Providing technical support to the end user, both over the phone and remotely, for devices used in projects that have been completed but still under warranty. For unresolved issues, contacting the foreign/domestic manufacturer to obtain technical support and resolve the problem.• For completed projects, providing training to the relevant end-user personnel on topics such as the operating logic of the system, devices, response to simple malfunctions, and preparation of training documents.• Keeping warm relations with domestic/international companies for business development.
