The main objective of the Extracurricular Activities Department is to provide students with the opportunity to experience a wide range of activities and to enable participants to develop their full potential in their chosen activity. ⚽ Service - Managing daily operations - Managing a team of 50 people - Contributing to the development of the activities program - Ensuring quality of service and processes - Organizing sports and cultural events 💬 Communication - Writing articles for the website - Writing informative emails - Publishing newsletters - Contacting customers ✔️ Accomplishments - Short-term launch of online activities in response to the COVID health crisis- Modernization of processes - Participation in the increase of the offer and consequently in the increase of the membership

The modernization of the different parts that make up the APEEE that I undertook resulted in improved processes at the level of services, their billing and consequently the scale at which these could be rendered.📝 Role • IT Project Coordinator- Interface between different parties - Project tracking - Reporting • Web application development • Website maintenance and management • IT assets maintenance and management ✔️ Accomplishments • 2017 - Integration of a new billing software (Winbooks Logistics) • 2016 - Implementation of GPS tracking in the transportation web application with associated mapping and reporting allowing for more accurate student tracking (PHP / MySQL + HTML5 + JavaScript + Google Maps API + Openstreetmap). • 2015 - Implementation of mass communication tools (PHP + SMSExtraPro API). • 2014 - Development of web applications for attendance for the extracurricular and transportation services (PHP / MySQL + Bootstrap + JavaScript). • 2013 - Switched the website to WordPress and created a custom multilingual theme for it.
