Current*Lead 16 locations across 5 counties to exceed sales targets through influential leadership*Teach, coach, inspire, follow up and hold accountable to sales targets, ensuring knowledge of targets, gap management and flawless execution*Maximize teams' agility to shift based on company initiatives, launches and for sales readiness*Lead customer experience initiatives including resolving escalations and coaching to best execution of T-Mobile's JD Power award winning customer experience*Support Metro business owners in all needs to ensure complete and efficient delivery of on-brand messaging including regular visits and quarterly audits.
