PEG DMCC, South Rumaila, BasraProject: (EPC Contract) Free Water Knock-Out (FWKO) Project.Client: Rumaila Operating Organization (ROO)Sector: Oil & Gas Construction / OnshoreMonitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.Provides for motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided.Conducts safety audits both internal and external.Takes part in accident / incident investigation.Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.Carries out any in-house safety training.Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors.Liaises between Clients on safety related issues.Safeties related engineering input into new projects and modification programs. Performs Risk Assessment.Preparation of Health and Safety documentation for new tenders. Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.

Client: Rumaila Operating Organization (ROO)Sector: Oil & Gas Construction / Onshore.Ensure HSE reporting to the project to HSE manager.Coordinate the HSE Supervisors.Liaise with the subcontractors HSE Manager.Notifying the HSEM of any HSE related incident/accident involving personnel, equipment, property or environment.Liaise with subcontractors on HSE issues.Ensure that a safe and healthy workplace and works are maintained at all times.Ensure that proper instruction, training and supervision is provided to all personnel under my charge.Assess training needs for personnel, and request to provide the necessary courses.Take the lead role in accident or incident investigations relating to personnel, and ensure that the necessary reports is submitted as per company requirements.Conduct regular Health, Safety, Environment inspections and risk assessments.Attend all required meetings.

• Perform hazard evaluations on site including field and road related hazards.• Train all new crew members and continually train and retrain the crew personnel.• Construct all emergency response plans and perform safety inspections and audits.• Handle medical and environmental incidents that occur on the crew level.• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.• Anticipate site safety walks and inspections tours around the different sites locations. • Organize and lead HSE meeting with project subcontractors to enrol the HSE issues raised up during site activities.• Investigate the incidents/accidents occurred, fix up the corrective actions and follow up the implementation, develop safety alerts based on the lessons learned from accidents/incidents.
