I'm an instructor, consultant, activist, and international speaker. One of my core specializations is in diversity, equity and inclusion, workplace culture, and conflict transformation. Living a life of service to my community is something I am deeply passionate about and creating a culture where every voice is equally heard and valued. I have always felt and seen the huge opportunity cost and financial cost to inefficient workplace cultures and toxic work environments. The reality is, racism, sexism, and any and all kinds of oppression are making your organizations function in less than operative circumstances. And, a lack of diversity is hurting your ability to evolve, grow and get creative which slows down ingenuity. This work isn’t just the moral option, it also has the best cost-benefit analysis.
