Ciel & Terre, a French pioneer in the photovoltaic market, is specialized in floating solar panels for commercial, government and non-profit institutions.Responsibilities:• Design floating solar PV Panel islands using AutoCAD and prepare GA drawings according project requirements.• Prepare Bill of Material and quotation for clients.• Responsible to prepare all technical documents for project bidding.• Lead the site visit to assess site condition and compatibility with floating solar island. • Provide technical support to client following to all inquiries regarding floating PV panels.

• Point of contact for coordinating the multi-disciplined project functions and expediting the day-to-day follow-ups, to ensure all commitments and action plans are progressively done and achieved within budget and schedule.• Generated the matrix split scope of work between all related parties in the project (client, contractors and other sub‐contractors) and set the target dates to expedite closing of each interface issues according to project schedule. • Coordinated meetings to discuss the interface issues with client and contractors besides providing technical support to the project team. • Conducted thorough analysis on all interface issues and listed out the potential Change Orders in the case where there are changes in the scope of work between the parties.• Appointed as leader for the final documentation related to vendor packages for each platforms.Projects handled:• 2017 - Present : Zawtika Project Phase 1C for PTTEP, located in Gulf of Mottama, Myanmar.• 2015 - Present : Yadana Subsidence Project for Total E&P, located in Andaman Sea, Myanmar.• 2015 - 2017 : EPCI-1 Project for PHE WMO, located in West Madura Oil Field, Indonesia.• 2014 - 2015 : Seismic Impact Project for Total E&P, located in Andaman Sea, Myanmar.

• Assigned to study and improve quality of testing machines in SGS according to ASME standards.• Created new product testing procedures considering time efficiency and cost reduction.• Generated reports following to observation and discussion with technicians regarding the performance of testing machines used in SGS.
