Her expertise in developing efficient processes and fostering a collaborative work environment has consistently led to improved operational performance and employee satisfaction.As an environmental justice advocate, Alia supported the development of a zero-waste company, We Refill It and continues to participate in the Zero Waste movement by helping others to understand the importance of going Plastic Free.
