POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :Design and project management for township masterplanning and landed residential products from formulation of design brief to completion of advanced / mock-up unit, ie. to contribute to :→ analysis of market study for conception of design brief, development strategy and product value proposition→ design management and review of schematics, design development and design details→ support and advisory for timely authority submissions and monitoring of approvals→ technical coordination and commentary for tender stage documentation and BIM monitoring→ coordination of information for marketing and sales collaterals Product hierarchy and positioning management across all landed developmentsMasterplanning and urban design coordination alongside consultant team in detailing of township masterplans Preparation and execution of design pitching exercises for assigned projects and masterplansLead and coordinate Value Engineering exercises for identified landed developmentsEnsuring governance and compliance standards are being observed throughout the project timeline.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :Managing a team specialising in landed township development through active communication, design and technical advisory, leadership support, coaching and collaboration.

Core Responsibilities :Successfully drive transformation initiatives under the Planning, Development, Construction & Operations work stream, inclusive of :→ end-to-end workflow enhancements, process improvements and optimisation→ digitalisation of documentation and overall workflow→ aligning operational organisation chart with workflow enhancements→ conducting meaningful engagements and managing necessary stakeholders in identifying gaps and pain points for attention→ updating senior members on initiatives progress and acquiring approvals for implementationCrafting and composing of presentation slides, charts and diagrams into communication/operational tools for stakeholder’s consumption and implementation. Managing each initiative as an individual project with trackable targets, work plans, timelines and value realisation for the company.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT POSITION CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :Design and project management for real estate products from inception to completion of advanced / mock-up unit, ie. to contribute to :→ conception of product brief and design development→ timely authority submissions and monitoring of approvals→ tender stage documentation and BIM monitoring→ preparation of marketing and sales collaterals and monitoring of advanced units on-siteProduct hierarchy and positioning management across dedicated townshipUrban design coordination and consultant team management in detailing of township masterplans. Internal stakeholder coordination and management in acquiring internal approvals.Ensuring governance and compliance standards are being observed throughout the project timeline.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :Assisting the General Manager on :→ companywide initiatives championed by the department.→ formulation and preparation of departmental papers, reports and presentations.→ formulation and preparation of product development guidelines, handbooks and checklists.→ formulation and updating of departmental processes and documents (SOPs, templates, trackers correspondence, etc.).
