Personnel & Labor Law- Ensures effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed.- Prepares a variety of reports and documents.- Responsible for all social insurance tasks & issues.- Applying any updated from social insurance & labor office.Recruitment & Selection- Verify staff requests with each department manpower plan.- Announce job vacancies, conduct initial interviews for selected Candidates up to managerial level.- Issue job offers & contracts to accepted candidates.- Probation Period monitoring for new hires & follow up with their managers.- Handle Exit Interviews for resigned employees through an exit interview form.- Turnover updating calculations & reports.Training & Development- Responsible for applying an orientation program for the newly hired.- Apply training need analysis & selecting the appropriate solution.- Preparing periodical survey for training needs & employees’ development.- Coordinating with training providers & support in training design.- Follow up training delivery & evaluation on different levels.
