Core responsibilities were:Installation of Analytical and Quality Control Laboratory Instruments with complete qualification(IQ, OQ, PQ) and proper documentation provided by the principle or designed internally.Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) of the installed Instruments as per manufacturer guidelines with full documentations and records, to assess the calibration / validation requirements and complete the same. Zero missed Preventive Maintenance for any instrument.Responsible for training on the new instruments and software according to the SOP along with quarterly refreshers.To manage inventory for the new instruments along with spares with consumption summary.Responsible to Providing customer services to clients and ensure TAT for client satisfaction.Ensure quality deliverance in all areas especially in installations & Training.Close coordination with principle regarding the technical problems.Additional tasks performed were:Developed, for the very first time in Rays Technologies, Projectized Environment, in which installations and calibrations were managed as projects.Introduced Calibration and Validation business in a more organized manner.Developed processes, and starts maintaining organizational process assets.By implementing, projectized environment, a dramatic change was observed in the management system, and the way to respond to customer, which increases the business target as well.Management plan was designed to help in analyzing the time, scope, cost and resources for the upcoming projects of installation and calibration contracts.Exceed contract KPI's to ensure customer satisfaction.
