Conduct thorough CBI interviews with selected talents as part of candidate assessment step.Proactively lead a team of talent acquisition sourcing and admin to receive the needed support, oversee development of pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates.Building and strengthening relationships with local P&O teams, Hiring Managers, and other senior stakeholders through resource and manpower planning, job specification, employer branding, and other talent acquisition activities.Identifying process improvements and managing hiring expectations, as well as, ensuring candidate and hiring manager great experience. Managing ATS and dashboard statistics. Keeping Recruit system updated and producing timely and accurate management information. Deliver results against SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives.
