My responsibilities are following• Managing general accounting, accounts receivables & payables, payroll, property accounting and financial reporting including all aspects of accounting from book-keeping to Financial statements, developing financial goals and managing monthly / yearly closing process to ensure timely and accurate accounting and reporting at all levels. • Assisting and advising management in different financial and accounting matters including cash and bank management for making decisions e.g. implementing new strategies and starting new projects and operations. • Preparing budgets including quarterly & yearly forecasting in consultation with senior management and performed variance analysis. • Designing and implemented Finance and Administration policies to ensure that Internal Controls are strong and in place. • Developing and monitored controls and system to ensure that the management systems and records are adequate to identify and protect the assets and interests of the organization and to enhance the utilization of assets efficiently and effectively.

My key responsibilities were:• Conducting audit engagements through planning, execution of various stages of audit;• Engagement planning based on understanding of the entity and assessment of business and related audit risks and supervision including close interaction with client's management;• Guiding the team members to define the extent of planned audit procedures and to update on the progress of the engagement and on-job professional development of staff;• Developing and performing substantive and analytical procedures for audit so as to determine the reasonableness of the financial statements’ assertions;• Finalization of an assurance engagement;• Assisting clients in preparation of financial statements in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework including compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local corporate laws and directives of regulatory authorities;• Frequent liaisons with various professionals like client management personnel, legal experts and process assurance specialists at the planning, execution and finalization stages of the audit and related engagements;• Establishing positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders • Providing basic advisory services to clients in respect of taxation, accounting treatment of complex transactions and compliance with secretarial practices
