I am a master at working in the in-between spaces connecting ideas and people and putting together the puzzle of really complex problems.I'm an experienced project, program, and grant manager with a multifaceted skillset honed by scrappy and demanding creative non-profit and educational work. After 14 years in this space, I am interested in transferring these invaluable lessons to companies across cutting-edge industries and innovation, solving the problems of now and tomorrow. Need a project or program manager who can work on a deadline and a strict budget while staying flexible and fun? Send me a message! My praxis and research emerge at the nexus of the applied performing arts, education, social change, and community building with diverse populations. Always working to facilitate and support a more just and verdant future, I continue to learn, engage in challenging conversations, and seek to solve challenging issues with pizzaz. I have a data-informed but people-centered approach to everything I do - just last year I used landmark research for a target audience, determined their most pressing needs, and designed a program to prioritize those services with direct access for the community. Then I asked them for feedback, putting the design to the test with people's real stories and concerns. This combination of people-first and data in mind, allows me to find patterns and trends to make operations and processes run more smoothly or help programs scale quickly and take root in key communities.

Using the devising process to both explore the performance and material relating to living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) from assault, this project involves embodying research through a non-traditional aesthetic that aims to meld applied theater techniques with a post-dramatic theater lens. We developed this work in consultation with neurologists and clinicians as well as sourcing real stories. We aimed to bridge the gaps between science, scholarship, and art to make this important conversation more accessible to the general public. We explore realities of people living with PTSD, examine the disconnects between those realities and science, and deconstruct stigmas related to the topic. Successfully funded performances in Boulder, Colorado and Queensland, Australia.
