Lead Product Manager
Current• Develop project scope, timelines and identify key deliverables.• Manage resource planning, effort estimation, release planning and backlog grooming.• Define business requirements by conducting interviews and design workshops with key stakeholders and SMEs. • Prepare Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), Market Requirements Document (MRD),Scope of Work (SOW), wireframes and mock-ups and obtained sign-offs from executive teams. • Write user stories and managed story backlogs.• Work with the UX designer to create designs for mobile and web applications.• Manage projects from project inception through deployment and ensure stringent quality control process followed for all deliverables.• Define User Acceptance Test Plan and conducted UAT to make sure that all the user requirements are catered by the application.• Conduct end-user training and prepared detailed User manual for end-users.• Produce project documentation, including statements of work, meeting notes, status reports and client approvals.• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with operational questions on the implemented systems.• Maintain and kept track of stakeholder’s requests for enhancements and bugs.• Manage offshore development and QA team. Mentor the QA team for better quality control of various projects
