As someone with a year of experience as a junior mentor, I was now a senior mentor who looked out for the fresh talent that were on the team as Junior Mentors.The goal now shifted from helping out juniors with public speaking to helping out junior mentors in paving their way as someone that everyone can look up to.

A role which lets me help students overcome their fear of Public speaking. Guide them in the right way and inculcate the ability of aberrant writing and speaking.
