Tehran-Shomal Freeway will be a freeway in Northern Iran, connecting Tehran to the cities of western Mazandaran. It has been divided into four sections. Currently, sections 1 & 4 are in service, and section 2 is under construction. The construction process in section 3 is not started yet.Section 2 is from Doab, Shahrestanak, Alborz to Pol-e Zanguleh, Kelardasht District, Mazandaran Province. The total length is 25 km. The section has 20 tunnels with an overall distance of 24.2 km.• Enforced relevant safety rules at the site and ensured that personal protective equipment and procedures complied with safety regulations.• Prepared temporary works drawings and site-related design drawings.• Maintained records at the jobsite, including records of all contracts, shop drawings, samples, purchases, subcontractors, materials, equipment, applicable codes, permits, and other pertinent papers.• Estimated material, construction, labor cost, and project timescales.• Prepared work requisition for all required permanent materials and prepared material submittals and follow-up of the approval process.• Participated in the bid and cost-plus work, engineering field supervision, engineering estimates, construction (bid) estimates, and construction coordination on construction projects.• Prepared contracts and negotiated revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.• Prepared technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors and follow-up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications.• Liaised with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.• Assisted in maintaining company liaison with external agencies, including consultants, municipalities, and others.

Site project manager of a 6-story concrete building with a two-way waffle slab system.• Reviewed the proposed construction building plans, drawings, specifications, and standard codes.• Supervised and monitored all safety aspects in coordination with the builders to the consultants' satisfaction.• Supervised all construction activities on the site as per design and specifications.• Checked the dimensions, formwork, size of re-bars, and corrected grade mix of concrete.• Prepared daily progress reports and inspection checklists.
