Communication with all the departments of the company regarding the collection of information for the financial reporting.2. Communication with the Group regarding intercompany reconciliations.3. Calculation of IFRS adjustments in Excel file with transformation table (AR impairment, STI/LTI accruals, IFRS 15, IFRS 16, PPE movement etc.).4. Preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L statement, Flow analysis (for indirect Cash-flow statement and for Equity statement) and Notes the the FS.5. Uploading the IFRS package from TT (transformation table in Excel) into SAP.6. Communication with Group financial controllers regarding their inquiries about IFRS package.- Preparations of monthly management accounting report (Actuals versus Forecast) for CFO/COO, CEO and top management (heads of each department).- Auditing of tax declarations prior to the reporting (CIT, VAT, WHT, property tax, offshore duty and etc), statistics reports, headcount reports etc.- Communication with the auditors (BIG-4 and local audit companies) regarding financial reporting (both local GAAP and IFRS)- Auditing of the payroll calculation.- Participation in checking all the draft agreements with future counterparties prior to signing by CFO/CEO.- Constant monitoring of local legislation changes (tax, accounting, labour).- Fractional participation in calculating Budget/Forecast of the company.- Uploading the Budgets/Forecasts into SAP.- Participation in continuous business processes analysis and further process optimization.

Main responsibilities:- Participation in auditing of financial statements in accordance with Belarusian and International reporting standards.- Helping the senior auditor to analyze whether the company's activity and financial statement preparation process is in compliance with local standards, corporate policies and IFRS standards.- Identifying and documenting the internal control structure, testing for compliance with controls and providing written recommendations, as appropriate.- Coordination the activities with the junior staff and the senior auditor concerned.- Inspection and correlation the overall audit report with the financial statements provided and report it to the seniors for approval detect frauds and bring it to the notice of the senior auditors.- Utilizing KPMG’s Audit Methodology, local audit and ethical standards in executing day-to-day activities of audit engagements of clients from various industries.- Participation in development of junior staff on audit engagements.
