As a team lead I am responsible for sprint planning, removing roadblocks and teamwork coordination. I run a lot of cross-team communication to keep my team as productive as possible. As a code owner, I read most of the code change requests and have knowledge about the whole solution. I am responsible for most of the project architecture. As a developer, I am responsible mostly for implementing new features on backend services, but the web application is one of my responsibilities too

The project at this stage is a small startup-in-startup just 4 developers and 1 QA As a team lead I am responsible for collecting feature requirements, providing an initial estimate and planning features that give maximum value for the minimum time. I take part in significant technical discussions and am responsible for most project technical decisions. As a code owner, I read any code change request and have knowledge about the whole solution. As a developer, I am responsible mostly for implementing new features on the firebase backend and its test coverage, but if it's required I'm ready to help with the iOS mobile app or website.

As a frontend team lead I was responsible for coordinating interaction with the backend team, proposing or reviewing server-client contracts, reviewing most of frontend code change requests. On a weekly basis, I took part in product planning meetings where I clarified new feature requirements, provided an initial estimate and helped to select the technically cheapest solution from alternatives. As a developer, I was responsible mostly for web solution implementation and writing bindings for QA-written specflow scenarios. Depending on current needs I switched my focus to iOS(Jan-June 2016) or Android app(Sep 2017-June 2018). The most significant part of my work here was to build the data access layer.

As a developer, I was responsible for implementing the main website(SPA), reading its code change requests of the website. Also as a team member, I was responsible for the server-client contacts agreement.
