Heading the Joint Venture’s newly established line of business. Driving sales growth and operational excellence nationally through various programs and channels including e-commerce and others.

A 2-year rotational program in which a Young Leader works in several departments within the company to gain a holistic understanding of the business, preparing them to succeed in future leadership positions.In 2 years, I did the following:1. Operation Engineer (Controls Dept. - 3 months):- Startup and commissioning of HVAC BMS (Downloading software, commissioning network wiring, coordinating with contractor and subcontractors).2. Operation Engineer (Aftermarket Controls - 4 months)- BMS design (equipment selection, panel design, drawing wiring diagrams for manufacturing).- Assisting in replacement and upgrading projects.3. Systems Analyst (IT Dept. - 4 months):- Requirement analysis and communication for process automation projects.- Assisting in project management.- Assisting in MS SharePoint tasks (workflow logic, form design, notification and communication).- Two of the projects I worked on won the Merit Award--The highest award granted by Johnson Controls International.4. Financial Systems Analyst (Finance Dept. - 4 months)- Project management, requirement analysis, and process mapping for improvement projects. Projects included ERP improvement for better credit control, financial reporting, and sales process re-engineering.5. Design Engineer (Controls Dept. - 4 months)- Requirement analysis and design of KNX lighting systems.- Prep. of Engineering Submittals (wiring diagrams).6. Business Analyst (Supply Chain Dept. - 3 months):- Process mapping, data collection, and data analysis for warehousing practices.- Exploring improvement opportunities, preparing proposals, and supervising execution.- Auditing for JCI warehousing standards.YLP Project:I Led the YLP team in a Six Sigma CI project to improve customer satisfaction about YORK Spare Parts. We worked with the Business Leaders from Sales, Finance, and Aftermarket to come up with optimization solutions and implement them.
