As a school-based mental health clinician I work as a child and family therapist, facilitating growth and healing using a variety of interventions such as expressive arts therapy, narrative techniques, mindfulness interventions, and play therapy.

In this role I served as a school-based therapist for children ranging from 5-13 years old.

In this role I reviewed applications and virtual candidate interviews and provided recommendations to the Graduate Admissions Committee for Babson’s full-time and part-time programs.

In addition to my responsibilities as Assistant Director, I served as the recruitment manager and project manager for the launch and growth of the Babson Collaborative Pathway recruitment program for international students.

In Graduate Admissions I executed pipe-line development strategy and coached thousands of graduate applicants as they navigated the program selection and application process throughout the inquiry, application, and enrollment stages across 9 programs. Additionally, I counseled, interviewed, and evaluated both international and domestic prospective students to determine candidacy for graduate admission. I also had the opportunity to travel to represent Babson at admissions fairs across North and South America, along with virtual events, reaching thousands of prospective students across the globe.

Wellesley, Ma

At Babson College, the #1 school for Entrepreneurship, I advised graduate students in 10 unique MBA and MS programs as they navigated course selection, registration, and other program related concerns. I also had the opportunity to coordinate academic workshops for graduate students on both the Wellesley and Miami campuses. Throughout the academic year I provided faculty support in regards to exam facilitation, student feedback, and Canvas design and managed the graduate tutor program including recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling. One of my favorite accomplishments was coordinating two large scale events, the Graduate Awards Ceremony and the Beta Gamma Sigma induction ceremony

As the lead teacher in the 2 year old classroom I was responsible for creating and facilitating lesson plans to help the children develop language, motor, fine motor, and behavioral skills. I mediated conflicts by helping each child understand the why behind their actions and how to identify feelings. I communicated with parents about their children's' development and provided learning activities that they could continue at home. During this time I also trained incoming teachers on child development best practices. This was a pivotal and inspiring learning opportunity in my career. The UofSC EcoReps is a student group of around 25 student leaders working to educate their peers on environmental issues and sustainable best practices. In this role I planned and facilitated weekly meetings to educate students on social and environmental issues and managed the budget. I was also responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and coaching a new cohort each year. I planned two annual EcoReps Conferences each with over 100 attendees from 14 universities across the region and managed community service initiatives including campus programs and non-profit partnerships.
