I had the honor to stand up coordinated clinical pharmacy services in a 176 bed facility, with over 500 professional staff in an undeserved area alongside a great team of Pharmacists. Loved the patients and the colleagues alike. So many good stories in the efforts to properly prepare, implement, and pass Joint Commission and Department of Health initiatives and inspections Provided antibiotic monitoring to achieve newly set third party payer goals and initiatives with the goal of receiving the highest grade in the pay-for-performance program. This was unnecessary human work and there are startups that, if successful, will remove the majority of the guesswork and laborious manual nature of these processes. Good luck!

As a member of a team of risk-taking executives (Aloca, BNY Mellon, Kraft Heinz, Westinghouse, etc.), I collaborated to create business and cultural conferences aimed at building bridges between the United States and the Middle East. At a time when it was easy to find reasons to stay out of the region, we took on the challenge of bringing together CEOs, Prime Ministers, and Ministers of Health to exchange ideas, foster mutual understanding, and drive business.
