I am a multipotentialite; a researcher, educator, practitioner, activist and executive coach, working to empower communities to create social innovation and create social change. I have 20 years’ experience working across a broad spectrum of policy areas with communities, universities, the public and private sector. Specialising in cross sector collaboration, leadership development, inclusion & diversity, knowledge exchange, impact, strategy co-creation, culture of learning, organisational development/change, creating safe spaces for difficult dialogue and facilitating training.I am the founder of Christian Muslim Encounters, which aims to build bridges across communities, academia, policy and civil society.
