Learning how to deal with different personalities was one thing that drew me to a customer service business. Other companies may enjoy what they do or like to see those big deals, but we know we are dealing with people's livelihoods at fieldEleven, and making people happy is our number one goal. My father always owned his businesses, and no matter what he worked in, he would always tell his employees, "We're not an I.T. business, we are a customer service business that happens to do I.T. work." This principle stuck with my sister and me very firmly. And so no matter what we are working in, we both know we are working for "YOU" the client. All people have VERY different personalities, and when you join our team, I know that you need quality time, to be able to explain your needs. Show us where you want to be. I know how hard to be patient after you sign up. You wake up the next morning and want to ask, "am I on page one yet? Where are my perfect patients?" So one thing we do very well is communicating with you regularly and help manage your expectations. Help you see where your goal is and to remember growth, is growth.When one of our kids has a problem, we sit down with him/her and figure out not only what the problem is, but how to fix it. We never want you to feel in the dark or worry, and we are going down the wrong path. Every time I look at this photo of my kids, it reminds me how much I love them and want them to succeed.
