Fullstack developer in FeedOnIdeas platform project, a solution for feedback processing, which allows websites to include a widget to gather feedback from users. Developed using Angular, Vue.js, Django 2, GraphQL, Graphene, and Apollo. Successfully deployed and used in the Cuban Engineer talent pool platform and the internal Mentoring solution.Maintenance and development of new modules for Fitgames, a sport/workout platform for Flexsport, a German company based in Hannover. Role as a frontend developer, with Angular as the main JavaScript stack.Support, maintenance, and development of GitLab Utilities API, a custom solution for obtaining issues stats from GitLab, which can be filtered by month, developer, project, etc. This solution is used to calculate the number of issues and their weight that a developer made in a month and thus is used to help with salary calculations.Main technologies used include Django REST and PostgresOdoo ERP developer, introducing Odoo 12 in the automatization of the business processes of the company. - Created extensions to track customer emails in their CRM profiles. Extended the CRM module to register extra information from customers. - Built and measure KPIs from the system, particularly from the Recruitment module, using Google Spreadsheet integration. - Created automated actions to notify by email about dangling applicants, project tasks too long in certain stages, notify the financial team automatically about budget allocation needs for certain applicants stages, hence keeping the process fueled.- Integration of Odoo with the toolset used by the company: Siteground, GSuite, Google Drive templates, Google Calendar.

As Community Manager, I managed to coordinate the creation of content for the company's Facebook and LinkedIn pages, mostly related to advertisements for job positions. Started promoting the company in new sources as Telegram IT professionals channels and engaging with engineers. Created the company Twitter account and coordinated together with the designer's team the creation of all the graphical support and the creation of content.Hired a dedicated Community Manager specialist to create a stronger team and push forward the company community.
