RighTel (Persian: رایتل‎, Rightel) is the third mobile phone network operator of Iran. RighTel is the first 3G mobile operator in Iran, founded in 2011. (1K-5K employees)• Establishment of new Diameter connections with various network elementssuch as SMSC, GGSN, USSD, and SCP (Managing system integrations).• Adjustment of Diameter connections and charging rules to optimizeservices.• Troubleshooting Diameter connections, charging rules, and OCSprocesses, including analyzing error messages.• Solid knowledge in reviewing, analyzing, and applying RFC 3588, 6733,4006, and 2865.• Organizing change management.• Creating system designs through modeling, simulation, and evaluation.• Drafting reports and guidelines.• Developing requirement analyses and definitions.• Documenting systems and processes.• Developing alternative strategies.• Monitoring the entire lifecycle of subscribers.• Verifying and validating services

• Setting up, modifying, and troubleshooting SMPP, SCCP, and M3UAconnections to ensure integration with other network elements (Managingsystem integrations).• Configuring and adjusting SMS policies and attributes to implementoptimizations and new projects.• Analyzing connection records (Call Detailed Records) using Python, Bashscripts, and AWK to improve service quality.• Practical experience in providing technical support for network elementsfrom various vendors (Huawei and ZTE).• Organizing change management.• Analyzing error messages.

• Analysis of data from over 2000 network elements using ZABBIX andSolarwinds to prevent and predict incidents.• Reduction of failure rates and increase in the availability of monitoredservices.• Integration of the ZABBIX system with the OTRS ticketing system to automatically create a ticket after an incident.• Integration of the ZABBIX system with Huawei SMSC via an SMPPconnection to automatically report incidents via SMS.• Practical experience in using various monitoring methods such as SNMPtraps, logfile monitoring, calculated items, SSH checks, Telnet checks, ODBC checks, script checks, and more.• Documentation, assessment, and management of telecommunicationsnetwork element errors and collaboration with developers to ensure timelyproblem resolution. Implementing quality control measures.• Organizing change management.

• My responsibilities included designing and developing the front-end, backend, and responsive design of websites.• Conversion of PSD files into HTML and CSS files.• Creation of the initial version of websites using the MVC model and basedon Scrum tasks.• Utilization of Laravel v3.0 in this context.In some projects, we also used CMS systems such as WordPress andPrestaShop.
